Did you see tonight’s “American Idol” auditions? Specifically, the audition of one Brian Krause (an extremely polite young man), as he attempts to imitate Tiny Tim.

In order to hit Tim’s falsetto notes, he screws up his face in what can only be described as a most unappealing way.

Perhaps if there’d been less mincing, it would have been better. Or if he’d had a ukelele. Ukeleles make everything better.
